Tom Beatty was the most patient, detail-oriented, and educational inspector for a first time home owner. He stayed past the appointment time in order to show us every inch of our home until we confidently understood the condition of the home and how to work everything, as well as gave tips on how to make improvements in the future. We went into this process knowing little to nothing about owning a home, just that we were ready for that next step in life. With that in mind, Tom answered our never-ending list of questions and never made us feel belittled; he made sure he answered the questions in a way that we could understand and teach back. I would recommend Tom Beatty to any/all family, friends, and strangers-- he will help turn the feelings of being overwhelmed back into excitement about your new home.

Tom did an outstanding job with our home inspection reports. While he was inspecting everything, he also took the time to explain to me what the issues were and best way to remedy the issue. Since we spent the whole day together inspecting 2 properties, he made the entire experience an enjoyable one.The pictures and explanations throughout his detailed report was remarkable. Because of his thoroughness, I was able to use the information to work with the seller to remedy the defects prior to our closing date.I highly recommend Tom!
